Don't burden your memory. Writing things down not only organizes your thoughts but also frees up mental space for creativity.
3. Begin with the End in Mind:
Start your day with a clear focus on high-priority tasks. It sets the tone for a productive and fulfilling day.
4. Make Daily Walking a Must-Have Habit:
